The public website
This marketing website has no legal-question or private-document upload form. Pilot and tester links open your email application; include only your role, organisation and non-sensitive request. The cookie policy explains optional analytics, aggregate visitor counting and Google Translate choices. Optional analytics and translation load after the corresponding consent choice. Declining analytics keeps the Google Analytics script unloaded; these choices apply to this website, not to the separate preview.
The separate web preview
The current preview runs on Emergent at dhara-shield-2.preview.emergentagent.com. It may process questions and session data, account information, voice, documents, evidence or safety-session information when those workflows are used. Do not submit sensitive personal information or private case records during controlled testing.
Practices still requiring confirmation
The existing DHARA policy describes service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, storage, mapping, speech, OCR and model processing. A definitive current processor list, feature-specific retention periods, deletion/export coverage, raw-voice retention and implemented encryption coverage are not documented here. Do not assume that a planned safeguard is operational. Obtain confirmation from the team before any sensitive-data pilot.
Existing service policy and your requests
The existing DHARA service privacy policy remains available for the preview and legacy registration service. It distinguishes some product intentions from current practices. This public-site notice does not replace that service policy or invent new retention or security commitments. To request access, correction, deletion, export or consent withdrawal, email the privacy contact; availability and completion must be confirmed by the team. Do not attach identity or legal records until a secure channel is agreed.
Safety and professional reliance
DHARA provides legal information, not legal advice. Women’s Shield and Android workflows are controlled beta, not emergency services. No court-admissibility, legal-outcome, monitoring or response guarantee is made.
