How DHARA works
You do not need to know the name of a law or which form to start with.
Speak naturally or type what happened. DHARA may ask for the facts that matter.
Understand what may apply, see legal sources, and know where the answer depends on missing facts.

Everyday situations
Start with the problem, not the legal terminology.
Each example opens the same web preview access page. Describe your situation in DHARA; no question is submitted by this website.

Choose who you trust, how long a journey lasts, and what you share. Keep notes, photos and recordings when it is safe to do so.
Current web previews may use manual check-ins and SMS handoff. Automatic geofencing, background monitoring and automatic alerts must not be assumed operational. Pilot use only; not for emergency reliance.
Android tester access ↗Trust comes first
Legal information needs more than confident wording. DHARA is built to ask when facts are missing and avoid unsupported conclusions.
Legal propositions should be grounded in traceable sources—not invented citations.
Jurisdiction, date, actors and relevant legal status matter.
Meaningful consent and user-directed sharing in sensitive journeys.
Qualified advocates and official emergency services remain important.

Speak a question in your language, hear the response and clarify important facts.
Photograph or upload a notice, order or form for guided extraction and review.
Complaint and FIR assistance, legal-aid routing, government forms and high-intent workflows.
Preserve documents, next steps, reminders and history around a legal matter.
Local photo, audio and video capture; integrity metadata. Court admissibility is not guaranteed.
Begin without an account or phone number. Free visitor allowance applies.
Women's Shield offers discreet, opt-in safety-to-justice workflows, emergency routing, evidence capture and guardian sharing controls under staged testing. Guardian Journey aims for time-bounded journeys, check-ins and configurable escalation. Not a replacement for emergency services and not covert tracking. Some capabilities are planned or require a native Android build.
Legal research, judgment intelligence, drafting, client preparation, chronology and matter workspaces are in staged development. Legacy mapping covers IPC ↔ BNS, CrPC ↔ BNSS and Evidence Act ↔ BSA with dates, verification gates and review-required states. Universities, NGOs, law firms, legal-aid and CSR programmes can request scoped pilots with role-based controls.
Core rights information is intended to remain free for citizens. Paid plans, usage allowances and professional or institutional terms are being finalised; this website does not offer a paid subscription for purchase.
Professional research, drafting and institutional workflows are in staged development. Family safety workflows remain controlled beta; automated monitoring and escalation must not be assumed available.
Request a scoped pilot for current availability and proposed terms. No numerical prices or feature entitlements are confirmed here.
DHARA’s control layers aim to check material facts, jurisdiction and event date, applicability, repeal and commencement status, actor-conduct relationships and claim-level citations before an answer can be released. Where reliable verification is incomplete, the answer should qualify, ask or abstain.
DHARA is designed for multilingual access across India. Use the header language selector to translate the public website. The 22 scheduled-language roadmap is released through staged legal, speech and translation quality assurance; availability in the live app may differ from website translation.

DHARA aims to limit collected data to the requested journey, make sharing explicit and support local evidence capture where available. Read the full privacy policy. No advocate-client relationship is created by use of the app.
The approved APK is not available for download from this website. Request tester access; use dummy data only and do not rely on beta safety features in an emergency.
